Mrs. Christine Johnson-Nieves (President)
Presently wielding authority as the President of the Board of Directors, Mrs. Johnson has not only assumed a prominent role but has, regrettably, become a potent force contributing to the implementation of policies that have, inescapably, nurtured a culture of deterioration within the Noble Square Cooperative. Our profound concerns stem from the glaring observation that her priorities seem to gravitate towards indulgent and discretionary spending, notably on casino trips, rather than earnestly addressing the fundamental tasks required to uplift our overall quality of living. It is with a collective sense of urgency and frustration that we express our fervent desire for leadership characterized by dedication to fostering a thriving community through astute decision-making and a steadfast commitment to prioritize the cooperative's well-being.

Mrs. Rosemary Davenport (Vice President)
An enduring member of the Board of Directors and presently holding the position of Vice President, she boasts a lengthy tenure as a Director spanning multiple years. During her tenure, there has been oversight over a period marked by the decline of the Cooperative. Our shared interest lies in fostering an environment where leadership actively contributes to the flourishing of the Cooperative, and we look forward to the prospect of renewed commitment to this objective.

Mrs. Chenola Cosey (Secretary)
The incumbent Secretary of the Board of Directors, brought in as a replacement by Board President Christine Johnson-Nieves, operates as a mere extension of the president's will. Lacking any independent agency, she seems to relish the power bestowed upon her by the board, using it to assert dominance over fellow residents. Regrettably, her role appears to be nothing more than a rubber stamp for Mrs. Johnson-Nieves. Moreover, her avid gambling habit adds a layer of concern, as her loyalties seem to lie solely with the Board President rather than the collective membership.

Mrs. Bette King-Osuji (Director)
Mrs. King-Osuji currently holds a position as a Director on the Board, having advocated for transparency and accountability during her election campaign—an attribute that resonated with the community and contributed to her selection. However, there is a discernible gap between the commitments made and the actions taken to instigate the necessary reforms within the Cooperative. Our collective expectation is to witness more decisive steps aligning with the envisioned reforms for the betterment of the Cooperative.

Ms. Michelle Howell (Former Director)
Michelle Howell former Director on the Board recently ousted by Mrs. Bette King-Osuji. She was chosen to replace a departing member of the Board of Directors and served at the pleasure of Mrs. Johnson-Nieves.

Mr. Noah Pearson (Former 1st Vice-President)
Mr. Pearson, the former 1st Vice-President of NSC, held a position that was subsequently eliminated to prevent incoming Board members from discovering corruption among longstanding members. Upon witnessing the scandalous actions of the Board, he promptly resigned at the earliest opportunity. Despite having relocated from the cooperative, Mr. Pearson has conveyed his discontent with the mismanagement transpiring within the organization. Furthermore, he has expressed a willingness to actively support our cause in opposition to the current board of directors.
